Terms of Use.

By using our website, services or products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, do not use our services or products.

We may change these terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with a new date at the top. If you keep using the website or our products after a change, you accept the updated terms.

You may use products bought from our store only for lawful purposes and as these terms allow. Each purchase covers one server, run with a license key from the CFX.re account the product was granted to. You may not share the product or run it on any other server.

Payments are processed by Tebex, the seller of record for our store. Tebex takes your payment details and sends your receipt, and Tebex's own checkout terms also apply to the payment.

Products are delivered as soon as your payment completes. Scripts are granted to the CFX.re account you logged in with at checkout, and you download them from the CFX Portal under Granted Assets. You can download them again there at any time while your account holds them.

Updates are free for everyone who bought the product. Each release is listed in the changelog on the script's page.

We may permanently revoke a product and end your access to it, without notice, if you:

• publish or share the product with any third party without our permission
• resell or commercially exploit the product in any form
• break these terms or any of our other policies

Revocation is final and not negotiable. It protects our intellectual property and keeps the use of our products fair.

AKM Studio owns all rights to the scripts and other products we sell, except the open-source products described below. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of them without our written permission. The files we leave open for you to configure, such as config.lua, may be edited for use on your own server.

Some free products may be open source. An open-source product is covered by the licence included with its download, and where that licence gives you more rights than these terms, the licence applies.

Without our written permission, you may not resell, distribute, share, lease or sublicense the products you buy from us. You must not use bots or other automated means to place orders, get around escrow or other protections, or access our products in any way other than the one we provide. Search engines and other crawlers are welcome to read the public pages of this website.

We work hard to make our products high quality, but we are not responsible for any damage caused by improper or unlawful use of them. We do not guarantee that our products or services will be free of errors or uninterrupted, but we will do our best to keep them stable and secure.

All sales are final: products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Every script's page lists the frameworks it runs on, so please check that a product suits your server before you buy, or ask us in Discord first.

We may suspend or end your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these terms.
